3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing Structure

• Premium Channels: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Suite: $60 per qualified lead

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Volume discounts are available for orders exceeding 100 leads per month.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our qualification criteria, which include verified contact information, demonstrated interest in your services, and alignment with your target demographic. If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Service Availability

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
